Sail Simulator - System requirements

Minimum System
Pentium II or compatible PC, with 32 MB RAM and 50 MB space on your hard disk. Windows 98, 2000, Me or XP. A 16Mb 3D graphic accelerator card with DX 7a driver. A 4 speed CD-ROM player is required. The minimal screen resolution is 640*480 at 16 bits colours. You can connect a control unit or a joystick to the gameport on your soundcard.

Recommended System
A fast Pentium II, III or IV with 64 Mb RAM, 32 MB 3D-graphic accelerator card, a modern 3D-sound card with boxes and a Force Feedback joystick. In Sail Simulator 4 you can use all sizes and colour depths which are supported by your 3D-card. Often an 800*600*bits colour setting is a good compromise between and sharpness and speed.

Note: Sail Simulator 4.1 doesn't run on Windows 95. Please install a more recent version of Windows to run Sail Simulator 4.1 or future versions. Sail Simulator 4.2i runs on Windows 95.
